Description
When trying to upgrade DDC from 1912 CU4 to 1912 CU6, an error occurs stating: "A working App Library service could not be found"
Resolution
1. Remove SQL mirroring if in place.
2. Perform manual upgrade and also follow the changes mentioned in below article:-
https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX281407
3. Upgrade should then be successful. Run a site test to confirm there is no issues.
Please remove SQL mirroring prior to upgrade.
