Description
Customer installed Skype for business on 2203 CVAD and found that skype cannot launch (but it works when launching through hypervisor console.
Resolution
Enable "windows media redirection" policy.
Problem Cause
In procmon log, lync.exe is trying to retrieve Citrix HDX webcam information. Confirm with customer that windows media redirection policy has been disabled. Lync.exe can logon after reenable this policy.
