if the Cx gets the following error message when updating the machines catalog and adding the machine as well
you would need to do the following
*Run CDF on the delivery controller
* Export the error message on the delivery controller
provide the CX
Azure AD Connect: Troubleshoot Azure AD connectivity issues - Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Learn
if they're getting the following error message " Error message this request is not authorized to perform this operation"

They would need to reach out to Microsoft support
- Have the customer verify the permissions are still set properly. See the below document

- Reach out to Azure support to trace the process and see what is captured as the customer replicates either or both operations. If the Azure team feels we are sending improper calls, commands we will need them to provide us the data that indicates what we are doing incorrectly
