Description

  • Failed to publish FAS certificate Template with "An error occurred: CCertAdmin::GetCAProperty:RPC server unavailable. 0x800706ba".
  • On Domain Controller, there is an error message in Event Log "RPC_C_AUTHN_LEVEL_PKT_INTEGRITY" and EventID is 10036.

  1. Update Microsoft fix on Domain Controller and FAS server.
  2. Disable DCOM Hardening as
