Description

When an application is started from the Citrix Workspace for a multi-monitor setup (5+ monitor setup) it's impossible to click on the app.
Actual mouse click location does not match clicked location

Resolution

Please follow below steps:

1) CWA settings:
  • High DPI setting on CWA should be set on or Enabled
  • After this, CWA should be exited and logged in back

2) Graphics policies:
  • Set the Display memory limit policy to highest value
  • Set legacy graphics mode explicitly set to disabled
  • Both these should be done via Citrix studio and relogin with user

Problem Cause

Multiple-monitors and all set to high resolution, DPI matching was not happening.
