Description
Access to a specific website fails using IE compatibility mode on the VDA session.
All is working from other client-side
Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
If using IE:
Tick in internet properties -> advanced - > "Check for server certificate revocation" for IE :
If using Edge:
Modify: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge\EnableOnlineRevocationChecks = 0
Tick in internet properties -> advanced - > "Check for server certificate revocation" for IE :
If using Edge:
Modify: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge\EnableOnlineRevocationChecks = 0
Problem Cause
As the certificate was self signed they couldn't be validated
