Error message "Blocked. Access to this site is restricted by admin policy" or blank page

Resolution

Perform the below steps on Secure Web.
  1. Go to Citrix Endpoint Management console> Configure> Apps.
  2. Select Secure Web and Edit

  1. Enter application's URLs in "Allowed or blocked websites". 

See below instructions for commonly used meeting applications

Microsoft Teams:
 In Allowed or blocked websites, add :  +https://*.microsoft.com/*,+https://statics.teams.cdn.office.net/*,+msteams://*.microsoft.com/*

Webex:
 In Allowed or blocked websites, add :  +https://*.webex.com/*,+wbx://*.webex.com/*
 

Problem Cause

Application URLs were missing from "Allowed or blocked websites"
