Users reporting issues with HDXRTCengine.exe crashing when using Microsoft teams or Skype on Dell Laptop 5430 endpoints. 

To resolve the issue, you will need to update the intel drivers on the endpoint devices. 
Issue seems to be seen on A03 and A04 drivers. 

After updating to A02 driver, issue seems to be resolved.

Problem Cause

Issue seems to be caused due to issues with intel driver causing memory leak. 
Intel are aware of this issue and are working with vendors to fix issue.
