Description
Teams cannot run on PVS+App layering environment: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.
Resolution
1.We find blew registry in user environment.
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\DisallowRun
However, no corresponding GPU prevent process running: User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Don’t run specified Windows applications.
2.Perform process monitor and find the operation came from Noskale which is a WEM process.
3.Find in WEM > Security > Process Management and we find process blacklist. Remove the blacklist and problem solved.
