Account Adding failure in Citrix Workspace via inputing Gateway FQDN with below error:
"Unable to add gateway URL to the Workspace app. Your account cannot be added using this server address. Make sure you entered it correctly. You may need to enter your email address instead."

Resolution

Confirm correct TLS settings in Gateway Virtual Servers. 
  1. Navigate to NetScaler GUI Management page
  2. Go Configuration > Citrix Gateway > Virtual Servers
  3. Check and Edit your Virtual Servers
  4. in SSL Profile tab, confirming the "TLSv11","TLSv12" and "TLSv13" settings are configured correctly.

Incorrect TLS settings in NetScaler Gateway Virtual Server.
