Description

  • When windows clients come out of Sleep mode and sometimes on boot, the Gateway VPN client is not connecting to the Gateway.
  • This can usually be resolved by disabling/enabling the WiFi connection or rebooting the client machine.
  • The Setup has "Always On" VPN mode and Machine-tunnel

Resolution

Fix has been released:

Sometimes, the Citrix Secure Access agent in machine tunnel only mode does not establish the machine tunnel automatically after the machine wakes up from sleep mode.

Problem Cause

  • Gateway VPN clients not connecting when coming out of sleep or sometimes when booting
  • There is no reconnection attempt is being made for service tunnel in the reported Plugin

Issue/Introduction

When windows clients come out of Sleep mode and sometimes on boot, the Gateway VPN client will not connect to the Gateway. This can usually be resolved by disabling/enabling the WiFi connection or rebooting the client machine. The Setup has "Always On" VPN mode and Machine-tunnel enabled
