When tried to search the recorded sessions, Session Recording Players shows the error "Search Failed - The remote server returned an error (404) Not Found".

On Session Recording Server, open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
In the Connections pane, expand the server name expand Sites and then click on the Default Web Site
In the Actions pane, click Bindings...
In the Site Bindings dialog box, select Type used "http" OR "https" based on your configuration and click on Edit button.
Verify the Host name, if its invalid correct it or remove and Click on OK.
Close the Site Bindings Window
