User session goes to black Screen after launch when using windows 21H2 multi-session VDA

Description
After upgrading the Windows 10 from 1909 or earlier to 21H2, the user session is black and frozen on launch .
Resolution
- From GPO > Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Remote Session Environment
- Disable “Use WDDM graphics display driver for remote desktop connection”
- Reboot the VDA and test ICA launch
Problem Cause
WDDM driver gets enabled by default when the windows is upgraded from 1909 or previous version to 21H2WDDM graphics driver is incompatible with citrix VDA .
