Published Outlook error : "This feature has been disabled by your by your administrator"

Description

Local Outlook can reach the server normally.
Published Outlook application doesn't connect to the Exchange Server, throws the error "This feature has been disabled by your administrator"
In Event Viewer, we can see a message saying :

"Could not process web service request Exchange GetAppManifests,
error code is 0. HTTP response code is 401

An internal error happened, Error code is 0x80004005"

Resolution

Apply a GPO with the below settings to a VDA,

User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Office 2016\Misc > Block signing into Office changed to "Both IDs allowed"

Problem Cause

This could be caused if the GPO Block signing into Office is set to "None allowed"
