Resolution
On the VDA modify the following registry：
Path: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\PortICA
Value: EnableVistaMousePointers
Type: DWORD
Data: 1
Or
Path: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\PortICA
Value: EnableVistaMousePointers
Type: DWORD
Data: 1
Path: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\PortICA
Value: EnableVistaMousePointers
Type: DWORD
