Workspace error 2306 happen when ICA file located in path which contains Chinese character.
Error message "Could not find the file named "C:\??\****.ica. Please check your installation , or contact your administrator."
The issue should be resolved in version 2309.1 and above.
From the release notes:
You might fail to start sessions if the ICA file or the folder where the ICA file is downloaded is named with Unicode or non-English characters. This issue occurs only when you access and authenticate a store using a browser and then start any app or desktop using native Citrix Workspace app. [HDX-55649]
Workarounds / Alternative solutions:
Change ICA located path with English.
Install Client System Chinese Language Package. (If the language was not installed)
2 possible causes:
1 - Workspace App BUG
2 - Windows client cannot identify Chinese characters:
Need to install Chinese Language Package in Windows OS and make sure Windows can correctly show Chinese characters.
