Description
Win10 20H2 start menu stops responding to mouse left click
Resolution
- Delete the local domain users' profile with the vdisk maintenance mode
- Once the deletion completes, then promote this vdisk to production
- Delete UPL virtual disk in UNC path
- Test logon again
Problem Cause
Domain user profile left in vdisk master image cause the issue
