Cannot create CS vServer via GUI - Error "Invalid argument [disallowserviceaccess]"

Resolution

  • Configure CS Vserver VIA CLI - add cs vserver Test HTTP 1.1.1.1 80 Or upgrade the firmware to 13.1 24.38 and above to configure it via UI

Problem Cause

  • Basic UI functionality is Broken
  • Issue is being worked in the engineering ticket - NSHELP-31813

Issue/Introduction

In the latest 13.1-21.50 we are unable to create a Content switching vserver due to the error "Invalid argument [disallowserviceaccess]" Even if we “check” the Disallow Service Access option, there is no change Workaround is to configure the CS Vserver via CLI or upgrade the firmware to 13.1 24.38 and above
