PVS-1912 - Write cache redirected to server

Description
Write cache redirected to PVS server during PVS Target Boot.
Resolution
- Backup registry.
- Remove the Policy that enables following Reg paths or remove the following folders from Registry.
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Storage\WPDDevicesDenyWriteAccessPerUser HKLM\Software\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Storage\WPDDevicesDenyWriteAccessPerDevice
- Remove Write protection Flag from Write Cache Disks by running Diskpart.exe tool
- Restart target
Problem Cause
The Write Cache was getting redirected to PVS server since Target was not able to write to Write-Cache drives attached to the Targets.Writes to Write-Cache disk failed since Write protection Flag was enabled on the disk.
Registry had following keys enabled.
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Storage\WPDDevicesDenyWriteAccessPerUser HKLM\Software\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Storage\WPDDevicesDenyWriteAccessPerDevice
