WEM deletes registry set by a GPO

Description
Administrator restricted some application execution (say PowerShell, Command Prompt) through Group Policy which sets following registry and WEM delets it.
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\DisallowRun
Resolution
Check if same restriction is set through WEM as well.
Uncheck Enable Process Management under Security -> Process Management and click on Apply button.
Uncheck Enable Process Management under Security -> Process Management and click on Apply button.
Problem Cause
Use one method GPO or WEM to blacklist a process.
