Resolution
Resolved by adding the below three Citrix directory paths to Windows system environment variable "Path"
• C:\Program Files\Citrix\System32\
• C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICAService\ • C:\Program Files\Citrix\Virtual Desktop Agent\
• If newer version of C++ redistributable is used, then please note that CVAD 7.15 not certified with Visual C++ 2019 redistributable package.
NOTE: We need to upgrade VDA Software to a newer/latest version as recommended by Citrix.
