Error "User not authorized for any operation" for ADM external LDAP users

Description
External LDAP users can't login NetScaler ADM, receive error message: "User not authorized for any operation"
Resolution
Edit LDAP server default group attribute to match the ADM groups :
1. System -> Authentication -> LDAP Server
2. Scroll to the bottom and add a group in the "Default Authentication Group" to match with the local group in ADM.

Problem Cause
Incorrect group name spelling in NetScaler ADM, which is inconsistent with the group name in external LDAP server's.
