Description

  1. Domain users can launch app/desktop via web successfully
  2. Cannot see the add account page of Citrix WorkSpace App

Resolution

  1. Add MSEdgeWebView2.exe to whitelist of security settings

Problem Cause

Starting with Version 2107, selfservice.exe will call MS edge webview 2 for image display.

But in this case MSEdgeWebView2.exe is blocked for domain users by security settings.
