Description
When a user opens Citrix Workspace app, they randomly observe the warning pop-up of "Pre-Launched HDX Session" with the message - "The published resource is currently unavailable. Contact your system administrator for help".
Resolution
Changed the registry key HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Citrix\Dazzle\EnablePreLaunch (REG_SZ) = False
Problem Cause
On the affected endpoint, the registry key HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Citrix\Dazzle\EnablePreLaunch (REG_SZ) = True
