Description
Customers who's restriction policy setting "Allow cross file copy and paste" is not working as expected after Citrix Endpoint Management (CEM) upgraded to 22.2.0 (or later) release.
Resolution
To ensure the proper value is set in CEM, go to the CEM console under Restriction policies for Android Enterprise, edit the "Allow copy and paste from work profile" setting and set the desired value (ON or OFF). Save the changes.
Additionally, ensure end users have installed Secure Hub 22.2.0 (or later) for the policy settings take effect.
Note: If this setting has been previously configured as TRUE (ON) before the upgrade, then, no impact is expected.

Problem Cause
The restriction policy has been renamed to "Allow copy and paste from work profile" and the value has been overwritten to TRUE (ON).Note: If this setting has been previously configured as TRUE (ON) before the upgrade, then, no impact is expected.
