Description

  • Citrix profile management is used to manage the user profiles
  • Local profile on the VDA is not deleted on log off

Resolution

Configure/Add the below settings to the Citrix profile management policy,
  1. Enabled Delete locally cached profiles on logoff 
  2. Set Delay before deleting cached profiles to 60 ( The value is in seconds). 
Note: If you expect the logoff process to take longer, you can extend the value further.

Problem Cause

Profile deletion could be impacted if any of the processes tied to the user are stuck at logoff.
