Instructions
Change the SQL Server to using a specific port
- Launch SQL Server Configuration Manager in the SQL Server
- Native to SQL Server Network configuration--Protocols for MSSQLServer--TCP/IP
- Modify the port number, Ex: modify to 1455
Change the Citrix Session Recording to connect SQL Server by a specific port
- In Citrix Session Recording Server, please open Registry by running regedit.
- Navigate to the following pathes:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\SmartAuditor\Database\SmAudDatabaseInstance
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\SmartAuditor\Server\SmAudDatabaseInstance
- Modify the vaule to dbservername, portnumber, Ex: sqlserver.a.com,1455
- Restart the Citrix Session Recording server.
