Update FAS Servers Below Version 10.1.0.3 to Avoid Service Disruption

Complete the following steps: 

  1. Confirm your current FAS version is to run the following PowerShell on the device:

    (Get-Item "$env:ProgramFiles\Citrix\Federated Authentication Service\Citrix.Authentication.FederatedAuthenticationService.exe").VersionInfo.FileVersion
     

  2. Update to latest version here     


NOTE: Customers with cloud-connected FAS servers below 10.1.0.3 received an email communication to all Full Administrators. These administrators also received a message upon logging into Citrix Cloud, shown below.

Problem Cause

Effective February 1, 2022, FAS servers below version 10.1.0.3 will no longer be supported for connections to Citrix Cloud.
