Description
After upgrade to CWA for Mac 2111, Zoom VDI plugin and Cisco Jabber JVDI plugin failed to connect Zoom VDI and Cisco Jabber in Citrix Session.
Resolution
- Zoom VDI plugin and Cisco JVDI plugin needs to have unique Plugin UUID to successfully establish connection Zoom VDI or Cisco Jabber launched within Citrix Session.
- Contact Zoom and Cisco development team to get Plugins with Unique UUIDs.
Problem Cause
Zoom VDI plugin and Cisco JVDI plugin use the same Plugin UUID. Pugin UUID can be collected from Info.plist file of the Plugins.Additional Information
