Description
when studio is published as an app it may freeze intermittently without any known trigger
Issue will not be seen in RDP, RDP Initial App, Citrix hosted shared desktop and is only seen when using seamless mode
Resolution
disable following policies
Citrix policies
• “Remote the combo box”
• “Automatic Keyboard Display”
• “Unicode Keyboard Mapping” (or EnableKlMap registry flag)
Problem Cause
process was stuck while processing UIAutomationCore calls
Issue/Introduction
Citrix studio may hang when published as a seamless app
