VDA Upgrade/Installation fails with the below error,

• Uninstall the VDA using VDA Cleanup Utility. 

• Reboot the Machine
• Install the pre-requisite .Net on the machine before installing the VDA. You can find the Minimum required version mentioned in the system requirements section of the product documentation. For example,  System requirements has the details for the latest Current release VDA.

• Install the VDA using the Product ISO instead of using the standalone installer.

Note: Product ISO has the prerequisites packaged in it. During the VDA installation or upgrade, the installer checks for the required prerequisites and installs them from the package.
