After customer reset account password from Reset your Citrix account password - Citrix, there's an email with the following title will be sent to customer account:

As the workaround for this issue, please change password from citrix.cloud.com instead of Reset your Citrix account password - Citrix.

1.  Access citrix.cloud.com from your web browser.

2. Click on Forgot password:


3. Enter customer account email address to continue.

4. Check customer account email to change password.

Problem Cause

Reset your Citrix account password - Citrix will use STS endpoint to make API call, if customer account email address does not have a STS Contact associated to it, it's NOT able to reset password for this account.
