Resolution

Follow the below steps on the MCS Master Image/PVS vDisk,
  1. Uninstall the existing MS Teams
  2. Downloaded the latest Teams installer from the Microsoft website
  3. Install it from Elevated CMD using: Msiexec.exe /i “C:\Admin\Teams_windows_x64.msi” ALLUSER=1 ALLUSERS=1
