• The customer built a new site adn created machine catalogs using PVS VDAs
• Since the very beginning, all of the machine catalogs they built show VDAs with power statue ‘unmanaged’
• They have put the hosting connection in maintenance for some time and re-enabling it but still the same
• They have more sites where they built VDAs using the same vDisk images and they work fine

• It is necessary to create new machine catalogs from the scratch and making sure that power management is enabled
• Then, the VDAs from the original catalogs need to be removed and added manually to the new Catalogs.

Problem Cause
