Third party apps cannot be launched without administrator permission in the published app

Description
TianZheng app can be launched without administrator permission by the published desktop.
It also can be launched without adminstrator permission by Console session.
Resolution
Disable UAC (User Acess Control) in the Server VDA by the following steps:
- Go to the Control Panel
- Select System and Security --> Action Center --> Change user Account Control settings
- Change the setting to Never notify
Problem Cause
Default UAC setting cannot work in the published app session.
