• The customer recently deployed CWA through all company’s workstations and created a GPO to push the Store to CWA in the machines
• He noticed after the deployment that the endpoints and CWA show a duplicate of each published app
• Also, CWA shows two stores of the same name

• Disable the GPO created to push the Store account to the endpoints.

• Keep the GPO
• Access the Windows registry of the endpoints under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\Dazzle\Sites
• Confirm that an entry of the Store account shows in any of the STORE strings
• Remove the store entry that appears in any of the STORE strings

Problem Cause

Workspace app was installed via CLI including the store switch, in addition the customer applied a GPO to push the account store, this generated a Store duplicate.
