VDA servers boot fails randomly by error "PXE -32: TFTP open timeout no operating system found" during Restart schedule

Resolution

- Use the PXE checker tool on one of the VM in the same network.

- Check if any errors are logged for downloading the boot file. 
- In this case, the targets were contacting old and unused PVS server, the IPs of which was not properly removed from the load balancing. 
- Here is the solution is to Start TFTP and PXE server again on the unused server for now(inf the server is still readily availablele). 
- Long term solution is to remove the unused PVS server entry from the load balancing or from DNS 
 

Problem Cause

The issue was due to an unused PVS server.

Target devices were trying to connect with the PVS server which is not in use.
