Windows does not recognize the VMXNET3 on App layer after upgraded to Windows 10 20H2.

Description
- After upgraded to Windows 10 20H2 on OS layer, then add a new version to App layer or platform layer, Windows virtual machine does not recognize the VMXNET3 virtual adapter.
- In the Windows device manager, you see a message similar to on packing machine:
This device cannot start. (Code 10) Operation failed.
Resolution
Remove and scan VMXNET3 as new hardware:
1. Launch Device Manager.
2. Right click on vmxnet3 select Uninstall, leave "Delete the driver software for this device" blank, click OK to uninstall device without removing driver software.
3. Select on [Action] -> [Scan for hardware changes] to scan virtual hardware again.
4. Shutdown and Finalize version from App layer.

Problem Cause
Windows is trying to launch VMXNET3 PV driver with configuration from previous Windows version.
