Copy(CTRL+C) and Paste (CTRL+V) is not working on MAC when using the Russian language

Resolution

Changes done on the VDA:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\CtxKlMap\EnableKlMap value = DWORD 1 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\CtxKlMap\DisableWindowHook value = DWORD 1
  • Changes are done on the client Mac machine: change the option to use local keyboard layout instead of using remote server keyboard layout.

Problem Cause

KI mapping for Russian language was not correct
