Citrix Systems, Inc. announces a Notice of Status Change for the Citrix SD-WAN Software 11.2.X and 11.3.X Releases.
The tables below explain the Citrix SD-WAN software lifecycle management milestones as well as important information regarding dates and options during this period. Citrix SD-WAN follows the lifecycle policies and milestones published for App Delivery and Security (a.k.a. Networking) products. Citrix will maintain a software release family for a minimum of 24 months from the date it was first made available, until the End of Maintenance (EOM) date. During this period, the software release family will be maintained with defect fixes and minor enhancements, and supported under active maintenance agreements. If defect fixes and minor enhancements are released, it is recommended that customers transition to these releases as Citrix maintains only the most recent version, which represents the superset of functionality for the product release family. If minor releases or maintenance releases are made available, customers may be required to transition to the most recent release for bug fixes and maintenance; Citrix will maintain only the most recent minor release, as it represents the superset of functionality for the product release family.
Citrix SD-WAN has evolved quickly over the past year and a half since the 11.x release family was introduced in July 2019. Following the 11.4.0 release (April 2021), the 11.x release family will enter maintenance-only mode. The End-of-Maintenance (EOM) date for 11.x is June 2023. After June 2023, 11.x will transition from full software maintenance to limited technical support for an additional 12 months, until the End-of-Life (EOL) date, June 2024. After 11.4.0, customers who require new features will need to adopt the upcoming Citrix SD-WAN 12.0 release family.

Products Affected
The product numbers affected by this announcement and their replacements are listed in Table 2 (below). The products listed in the Product Replacement / Alternatives column represent the migration path for this discontinued software release. Citrix will evaluate on a case by case basis any critical applicable security patch.
