Description
When installing the VDA using the standalone VDA installer and not the complete Virtual Apps and Desktops media, the installation may fail with the error "Installation of the ICA for remote desktop service failed with error code 1619".
Resolution
Make sure you are using the right installation packages.
For Multi Session (OS) - Use VDAServerSetup.exe
For Single Session OS - Use VDAWorkstatioSetup.exe
Download a new executable from the Citrix Downloads page to ensure the installer is not corrupted.
