Unable to add new PVS devices to Citrix Cloud with the setup wizard

Description
While using the Setup Wizard to add new PVS target devices to Machine Catalogs in Citrix Cloud the operations fails with the error "Cannot connect to the Citrix Virtual Desktops Controller at <CloudConnector>: Citrix Virtual Desktops FullAdmin or MachineAdmin permission required."
Resolution
Uninstall all On-Prem Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Snapins on the PVS Server and install Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Remote Powershell SDK through command line using the PVS=YES argument.

Problem Cause
The Provisioning Console component includes the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops SDK; this SDK must be replaced with the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Remote PowerShell SDK for connecting to Citrix Cloud.
