In this scenario,  the customer just built a new site to migrate from al old 6.5 farm
-They deployed 3 servers, one sharing SQL Express, License Server, StoreFront, DDC and VDA roles, and two more running only VDA agent
-All three servers are physical HP BL 460 blade with plenty o fresources (Hexa Core, 24GBRAM)
-After they deployed the new site, they moved about 10 users to it and they were working fine
-A few days after they added about 7 more users and the issue started
-When the users try to launch an app, they get error “Your session did not launch successfully due to error code 2524.”

1. Put the VDA in question in maintenance mode and removed it from the machine catalog
2. Removed the VDA software from the server containing SQL, LIcense, StoreFront, Director and DDC roles as this is not a recommended practice.
3. Left only the other two servers running VDA agent.
4. Recommended to set up a new physical or virtual server to be used as VDA in case he needs more resources

Problem Cause

• The server hosting the License Server, DDC, StoreFront Director and SQL roles was also used as VDA, and this is not a recommended practice.
• The VDA version installed in that server was 7.15LTSR which, is not aligned with the site version 1912CU2, therefore, it was expected to have all kinds of issues when brokering requests hit that server.
