Adaptive Transport MTU Discovery is not supported when Multi-Stream computer policy setting is enabled

Description
After configuring enabling MTU Discovery, you might find that the session connects, but no mouse clicks or keyboard input are transmitted into the session.
Inspect the session on the VDA (ctxsessnion -v), the MTU is not changed, but is at the default: 
Resolution
If MultiStream computer setting policy is enabled, MTU Discovery is not supported.
A workaround is to configure the desired MTU size in default ICA. (https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX231821).
The default configuration for MultiStream is disabled. When it is enabled, MTU Discovery is not supported.

Problem Cause
By design, we see in the code for that if MSI (Multi_Stream_ICA) is enabled, MTU Discovery is not supported.Issue/Introduction
