Description

The setup consists of NVIDIA P1000 GPU
The initial connection works fine but re-connecting to the session user only sees a black screen
The Remote PC setup does not utilize a monitor, however, if a monitor is connected then the issue does not occur

Resolution

Workaround: Set the below registry on the VDAs

HKLM\Software\Citrix\Graphics\AdapterMerits DWORD CitrixIDD = set to 3

Permanent Fix: This is addressed in the Current release 2012 and later along with the latest Cumulative update for 1912.
