Getting MSI error 1603 

Check MSI logs :
MSI (s) (F8:98) Note: 1: 2228 2: 3: Error 4: SELECT `Message` FROM `Error` WHERE `Error` = 1709 

MSI (s) (F8:98) [04:43:43:153]: Product: Citrix Browser Content Redirection -- Error 1714. The older version of Citrix Browser Content Redirection cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group. System Error 1612.

>> 1) Check the entries like BCR_x64.msi or Browser content redirection under HKLM\Software/Classes\Installer\Products\ {IDs of the product} 

2) Delete the BCR ID in the registry

3) Rebuild your performance counters before installing VDA Agent

Rebuilding the counters:

cd c:\windows\system32

   lodctr /R

   cd c:\windows\sysWOW64

   lodctr /R

4) Re-syncing the counters with Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI):

   WINMGMT.EXE /RESYNCPERF

5) Download Latest VDA Cleanup utility and run the tool. Restart the VDA 

6) Install the VDA agent again
