Resolution

Please check if "August 8, 2017—KB4034681 (Monthly Rollup)" or later Windows important updates are installed properly.
We recommend that you install the latest Microsoft Service Pack and updates.

Problem Cause

If Windows Server 2012 R2 is not updated, the installer returns Error 0xc0000135 (STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND)
