Description
Applications that use OpenGL as a default renderer may fail to render, even when HDX3DPro is enabled.
The VDA always uses the Citrix Display Only Driver (CTXDOD), which only supports DirectX, rather than the Citrix Indirect Display (CTXIDD) driver, which supports both DirectX and OpenGL renderers.
This has been observed with NVIDIA RTX series graphics cards.

Resolution
- Replace the NVIDIA DCH Display Adapter driver with the NVIDIA Standard Display Driver.
- Enable HDX3DPro by enabling 'Optimize for 3D graphics workload' and 'Use hardware encoding for video policy'
For more information on determining the display adapter driver installed on your system, and information on how to obtain the Standard Display Driver, please visit the following Nvidia website:
Problem Cause
NVIDIA Standard Display Driver is required for this configuration.
Issue/Introduction
