Resolution
1) Stop the Citrix HA Service
2) Go to programs and software
3) Remove microsoft sql server 20xx localdb
4) Install from iso E:\Support\SQLLocalDB\sqllocaldb.msi
5) Restart Citrix HA Service
6) Confirm if LHC is re-created
Problem Cause
LHC may be corrupted by multiple rebootingIssue/Introduction
Local host cache error is seen after VDA upgrade
