After Upgrading to iOS14 and opening MDX Wrapped Apps or Citrix Secure Mail/Hub/Web Displays - "Compliance Error - Your device is out of compliance. Please contact your administrator. MDX Encryption is not supported beyond iOS 13. Please reinstall the app."

The solution at this time is to reinstall the Productivity App or MDX Wrapped App that is affected. 

If you have not updated to iOS 14 as of yet, please try the following before upgrading: 

• Restart the Productivity Apps (Secure Mail, Secure Hub, Secure Web, QuickEdit) or MDX Wrapped App before updating to iOS 14

Problem Cause

In the event the app data did not migrate to Platform Encryption before updating to iOS 14, this issue will be encountered. There is no support for migration of this data after the upgrade if MDX Encryption is in use. 

MDX Encryption went End of Life on September 1st 2020.
